What file format should I send?
A print-ready PDF is preferred; AI, EPS, TIFF, PNG and JPG also work (up to 50 MB when uploading). Build the file at finished size plus 0.125″ bleed on every side, keep text 0.125″ inside the trim, and use 300 dpi images (150 dpi is fine for banners and large posters). Files over 50 MB can be sent through our Hightail upload page—include your name and order number. Not sure? Call us and we’ll review it with you.
What if there’s a problem with my file?
We check every file before it goes on press. If something looks off—low resolution, missing bleed, wrong size—we call you first instead of printing it as-is.
How does same-day pickup work?
Every order is same-day pickup. Order online Mon–Fri between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM and choose a pickup time at least 3 hours out, up to 5:30 PM. After 2 PM, online ordering reopens the next business day at 8:30 AM. Payment is online only, and we start printing once your payment is confirmed. We don’t ship or deliver.
What are your shop hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Can I order after 2 PM or on the weekend?
Online ordering is open Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM. After 2 PM, or on Saturday and Sunday, the order page is closed and reopens the next business day at 8:30 AM. For something urgent, call (510) 400-7929.
How do I pay?
Online orders are paid in full through Square’s secure checkout (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices shown include a live sales-tax total, and we start printing as soon as payment is confirmed.
Refunds & reprints
If the mistake is ours, we’ll reprint your order free. No refunds once printing has started.
